Write down your positive affirmation on a sheet of paper and pin it up next to your bathroom mirror, or pop it on a card and keep it in your purse or wallet so that you can look at it often.

Make your own MP3 recording on your phone – it’s a very powerful thing to hear your own voice saying positive affirmations.

Repeat your positive affirmation regularly to yourself this is the practice that your brain needs to reset your thinking patterns
